Frapin: A Legacy of Land, Time, and Sensory Experiences
For over 750 years, the Frapin family has cultivated a legacy of excellence, crafting cognacs that embody the essence of French "art de vivre." As one of the world's oldest family-owned cognac houses, Frapin's expertise is rooted in generations of meticulous craftsmanship and a deep respect for tradition.
Recognising the power of scent to evoke emotion and memory, Frapin ventured into the world of perfumery. Drawing inspiration from their cognacs, their heritage, and the unique terroir of their land, each Frapin fragrance tells a captivating story. Like their cognacs, Frapin perfumes are a testament to meticulous artistry and a passion for the finest ingredients. They prioritise quality over quantity, working with renowned perfumers to create unique and sophisticated compositions. Sourcing the most exquisite raw materials and honoring traditional craftsmanship, Frapin embodies their belief that "the quintessence of luxury is taking time to create beauty."
Each bottle is adorned with a beechwood cap sourced from the trees on the family’s property in the heart of Grand Champagne. Sculpted by a master artisan, the cap serves as a tribute to the wood used in cognac barrels, symbolising that it is not just the grapes, but also the wood, that imparts its unique flavor to the cognac. Finally, each bottle is marked with the family crest, a tribute to Frapin’s rich heritage.
Frapin fragrances are more than just scents; they are an invitation to experience the rich tapestry of their history, their land, and their unwavering dedication to creating exceptional sensory experiences.
