RETURN POLICY
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@atlashomme.com.au within 14 days so we can assist you in resolving any issues.
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days from the sale date, as long as the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
Please note that this return policy does not apply to sale items or items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or broken. All returns must be in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage and insurance costs associated with the return. We recommend using Registered Post and prepaying the postage. Since you assume the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged goods during transit, we advise you to insure the return shipment with your postal carrier. Atlas Homme is not liable for any parcels lost or damaged in transit if you do not insure the return.
