International Duties & Taxes

International orders do not include duties or taxes. Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. If duties are refused, the customer is responsible for arranging return to Atlas Homme in order to receive a refund. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Order Tracking

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delivery Responsibility

While Atlas Homme will always endeavour to assist with delivery enquiries, once an order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for tracking the shipment and ensuring successful delivery rests with the customer. This includes monitoring tracking updates and ensuring appropriate access to the delivery address. Atlas Homme cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or parcels marked as delivered by the courier.

Additional Shipping Charges

In some instances, oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping costs. Atlas Homme reserves the right to contact the customer to request approval for any additional charges prior to dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until confirmation is received.
